IT Manager
EBSoft Consulting, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of IT Manager.
Responsibilities will include: Manage and perform comprehensive project management
activities, including Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling SAP ERP projects including end-to-
end implementations, greenfield implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, using ASAP and
Agile project methodologies. Analyse business requirements and align solutions across SAP
modules (PS, SD, MM, PP) with working knowledge of SAP PPM and CPM. Prepare project
estimations, secure budget approvals, and manage financial planning for ongoing projects.
Respond to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support bidding processes by providing
detailed project inputs. Develop project deployment plans covering scope, budget, schedule,
resources, and quality management. Review solution design documents and validate technical
feasibility to alignment with business objectives. Monitor daily activities and milestone progress
using Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, and Panaya. Conduct and participate
in client review meetings and provide project progress updates, address issues. Communicate
project status, risks, concerns, and progress updates effectively to all stakeholders with attention
to detail. Approve and track change requests through ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager
Systems. Resolve project bottlenecks, coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams and address
managerial issues and ensure timely delivery. Provide support in addressing both technical and
managerial issues during project execution. Review client and user feedback, document lessons
learned, and update organizational repositories for continuous improvement and incorporate
client feedback into process improvements.
This position requires at the minimum a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalency) in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Please send us your resume to:
