Responsibilities will include: ...Genesys Developer with experience in Genesys Cloud enablement of Contact Center Solutions, especially in migrating from On-prem to Cloud solution. Design, develop, implement, and support reliable and resilient solutions that will enrich customer experience leveraging On-Premises and Cloud environments. In-depth experience with Genesys Pure-Cloud and Genesys Engage, specifically in implementation, configuration, deployments and support. Development On-Premises Contact Center Routing Solutions, maintain Routing strategies in line with an enterprise code standard focusing on Business process for Voice/Multimedia/Chat Platform and web messaging routing. Experience in developing Inbound, Outbound and Reporting Applications. Experience in developing speech applications using ASR, TTS and GRXML. Demonstrated ability to communicate and present at technical and management levels. Performing Implementation and admin task for setting up environment in cloud (Edges, Trunks, Edge Groups). Developing IVR applications using Genesys Cloud leveraging Data actions, API integration and expressions to create interactive and personalized customer experience. Review business, functional and technical requirements from internal stakeholders for Cloud Contact Center transition program. Collaborate with infrastructure technology and management to define and document strategies and standard processes. GVP Implementation and Integration for VXML and SIP call flows. Design and development in a SIP environment for VoIP Integration. Integrate SIP methodologies into strategy development. Design CTI Bridge solutions with Transfer calls and Identified caller data between Cloud and Premise based system. Experienced in embracing agile methodologies, collaborating with product owners to understand business requirements, crafting requirements and developing solutions that deliver the desired customer experience.

This position requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalency) in the field of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
